Part Time Staff Accountant
Location: New York, NY
Job Description:

- Position will be Part-Time 3-4 days per week on a hybrid basis
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute timely monthly close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Prepare and perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash balances and identify discrepancies
- Compile and maintain balance sheets, ensuring all accounts are properly supported and documented
- Leverage technology and strong analytical skills to generate financial reports and conduct ad hoc analysis using data from the accounting system
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support decision-making through data-driven reporting
Experience Preferred:
- All levels encouraged to apply!
- Accounting Degree or related skills
- Non-profit experience a plus
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
